BAD SERVICE

I had a loan from ABSA and paid it finished before the said time. i one day queried the status and outstanding balance from them then i was told that the account has a credit that it payable back to me as it was paid before the said time in full they said they will credit my account back with the money that is owed to me after they have done their accounting and fees that had to be paid to them i received an large amount and then after a year and a half all of a sudden received a summons for the over payment from their side and they made the mistake i have reported this to the ombudsman and still absa doesnt want to assist me in this regards and the attorney either there is now application for judgment against me for their cost and the outstanding monies to absa i had to sell my farm due to their mistake and feel they owe me now for this to and for listing me on itc aswell
