BAD SERVICE!!!

I am on Debt review for the last 5 years, I do pay every month. I have a personal loan of R31000, suddenly I received a statement and my balance was R428 000. In Nov 2014 , I send my first letter to Absa Debt review dept, after phoning them...I send a letter again in Dec, and in January 2015, No answer , no email ...Nothing<br> How can a personal loan after paying for 5 years increase with that amount...?????<br> I really think Absa treat people that is on Debt review with no respect..... I need somebody to assist with this matter...Wonder if they will respond if I stop payments....???
