Bad service

We have been in the branch for 45 minutes with my grandma and according to your policy senior citizens should queue but according the branch manager Gregory in Silverton...e only have 2 consultants to assist...who is problem is that if u guys can manager your staff...I have been waiting for him to get back to me with a resolution and there is no solution this is a pathetic service...this is bad customer service...
