Bad service

<p>I opened a business account with Absa, bank verification with CSD failed because the company name that was captured by ABSA is incorrect they added PTY LTD, it doesn't correspond with my company name. I went to Absa business banker was not around they called Makhado branch i then spoke to Tintswalo who was so rude, she said I can't do any amendments, I then asked what's the way forward she was like I don't know, she also said she has never heard of such a thing, in other words she is assuming that I was lying. She was rude she must sign a warning, I decided to call the call centre the call center agent said they can indeed remove the PTY LTD, she even said she does not understand why they are making it a big deal. So my business must be on hold because of Absa wow. People from the beach are rude, they think they have made it in life. Even the branch manager in Thohoyandou couldn't help me. </p>
