Bad Service!!!!

<p>I have Funeral Policy with Absa life for decades and I went and reverse the debit order due to some unforseen circumstances, and kept on receiving sms that they can nolonger debit on this account due to the intructions that were given by the bank to cancel the debit order, I went to the branch and they said there nothing from their side that stops Absa debit from my account all they need to do is to reload the debit order or use different reference number, but Absa agents keeps telling me there is nothing they can do, my worry is this is my last month for this debit to return them my policy will lapse, I kindly need urgent assistance asa.</p>
