Bad service

<p>I have insurance with Virgin Money</p> <p>When I app**** for it they said they will cover everything for me including the movables</p> <p>On the 29th of October I lost my cell phone of which I did not insure with MTN service provider knowing that I have insurance</p> <p>To my surprise when I want to claim it they told me that my cell phone was not insured I should have specified it on my list of inventories</p> <p>I am amazed because they did not ask me to list any inventories</p> <p>Please assist</p>
