bad service

<p>I went to go pay my mtn contract phone at absa atm,while I busy doing the transaction the machine went off went inside to the teller was told the manager is not in came back the following day only to be told they can't give back the money in cash if i had account with they'll put it into my account i gave them my bank account number they tld me the money Wil be in my acc after 3days it's been a week now.y wouldn't they give me the money coz they said they found it now 1 has to make other plans to pay the phone before they suspend the service,sooo ****ed off</p>
