bad service

<p>i have a persoal loan with absa which i am paying for a while now ,and i have never skip any payment since i have it it happened that only the month of september things were not right ,then i couldnt pay the loan,i then received a call from nokulunga whom i explained to her that things were not ok,she then made the arragement with me telling me that the account will be extended with 1 month and they will monitor the payments for 3 months without addind the arrears in ITC should i skip the payment within 3 months then they will be arrears added in my account ,the arrangement was put on the system and by the debit date the payment will received as normal,to my surprise someone called me yesterday demanding to make arrangement with ,today again i am receiving the same call,am i going to be harrased by this bank every day ,they have never called me to check if their service is good for the past 2 years ,today they because is suit them they call me ,if i receive a call from them again i will stop their payments all together ,they cal list me i dont care see who will laugh at last,i can always bounce back from the listing without them getting my money ,i wont allow them to harrass me like this,their so-called agent they need to read notes first before they call people ,i am so ****en ****ed off nxaaa</p>
