bad service

<p>Few months ago i withdraw on the atm and when I was done waiting for the money the atm froze and my card was swallowed and the cash. I went to the branch was told will take 9days and was given case no but now it's more than 3months. Was my child account and I still want her money acc ********** 888 I won't stop until they return it coz they can see I didn't get the money </p>
