Bad service

Me and my husband is now 12 years divorced and we went to ABSA in Maitland street bloemfontein to cancel our will. We showed the divorced papers and we cancelled the will ourselves and ABSA is now refusing to give the 12 years money back that they took from our account every year for will fees. Every year we went to ABSA if there is a withdrawal from ABSA to the amount of R100 to stop the deduction and asked for the money to be reversed. I contacted the branch in Fichardtpark and now they are now telling me sorry we can't do anything for you except to give you R100 back. After 12 years that ABSA took our money they are only prepared to give back R100.
