BAD SERVICE

I got a call on Saturday from ABSA Vehicle Finance advising they didn't receive my payment. I asked them if it was reversed or unsuccessful, the lady said unsuccessful. I was surprised as I got paid on the 25th and still had money in my account so how would it be unsuccessful? The lady went on to say I must check with my bank as ABSA sent the mag tape but it was returned. I asked her to debit on Monday. Today is Wednesday and still no debit order. I called my bank to check they advised there were no attempts from ABSA on my account. What needs to happen for this debit order to go through? Do you want to lower my credit score ?
