Bad service

I really regret opening a business account with these people it’s been one headache to another especially the branch in Thabo Sehume in Pretoria useless nonsense twice they couldn’t help me , the first time I was told they can’t help me because it’s not my branch then today I went to withdraw inside as the app couldn’t allow to do the transfer and I was told they don’t have money honestly I regret let alone their assigned business banker who answer calls when it suits them just utter ******* I tell you
