Bad service

Good day I'm Elisa oumakie Raleting I brought my car and I was financed by absa vehicle finance.last year I lost my job I got dismissed and I use my savings to pay and I stopped paying insurance and last month I was involved in car accident.and I call absa to report I won't be able to pay and it's possible if they reduce my installment also to freeze my account until I fixed it and I will pay it back and my call got cut and the consultant never call me back so we can finalize our conversation and conclusion.and I also explained I was in debt review.
