now ABSA debits less than required for loan installment , then send an email stating that loan is over due.... there was enough in the bank when they debit, there's still a positive balance even now. Nthabiseng Sibanda dealing with complaint has no sense of urgency, it seems as if ABSA just want to damage client's credit report. Very rude as well
