Bad move to absa private bank

Dont ever move to private banking. I just bought a car with absa vehicle finamce for 406000 and ap**** to open a private banking acount and was upgraded to a private banking acount after numeriouse opstickles and fights now ap**** for overdraft credit card and small personal loan as private banking have better rates etc as theire requirements is high to get an acount but have to say very disapointed for some one starting to build crefit profile no assistance at all. They decline all your products lines dont even try to assist like ok we can ofer u a personal loan and have the payment direct from your hr ore something like that. They gave me a car loan of 400000 a month back no new credit lines or missed payment on any acount but now after acount upgrade dont qualiefy. Looks like they have enough customers dont need any more as they dont even try to assist customers as the whole upgrade proses was a joke already
