bad internet website

I previously complained about the service of Absa which was sorted out but after speaking to absa they said we should apply for credit card on line . So i tried that more then 10 times where after putting in your name and details the next page always tell me the the page timed out . how do they expect us to apply if the website does not allow you to do it
