Bad handling of claim
I was involved in an accident, the investigation was conducted by Themba, the outcome was that the car was a write off, I disputed that in that the car is still repairable. Mr. Steyn and Themba dictated the terms of the outcome of the dispute, instructing me to get the financier to issue the settlement amount. I suggested that I will fix the car myself and I was then told to withdraw the claim if I want to do that. I then suggested that I should be given the first choice as the law dictates for me to buy back the car, I was then told that the proceeds will be paid direct to the bank as I am still owing the car. I called Wesbank regarding this matter, Wesbank told me it has nothing to do with the claim and all that they want is for me to pay my monthly premiums. It has been days since we have been stuck in the same circle because Steven and Themba won't agree to pay the proceeds to me unless Wesbank writes a letter of approval for same, the bank won't hear a thing that involves it to what does not concern them. I feel violated and this is deliberately delayed because I won't agree to their one sided way of handling this matter. I feel their conduct is lacking professionalism. Fedup
