Bad for business

I called Absa to request for a debit order reversal.. spoke to one guy who confirmed that Debi ordered were reversed… only to find that it was not done … I called again his name is Francis who said management doesn’t work on weekends on weekends… he said the reversals needs to be escalated because it was red flagged… by him … now a big bank like Absa has no plans to make sure their business clients are happy 24/7 … I’m really disappointed by ABSA who’s is one of the big banks in SA why should I even stay with them or any other smart business owner
