BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ABSA FINANCE

I am a Absa client for 40 years! I am very disappointed in the vehicle Finance Department. They sent out messages to ask if they can put the debit order through on the 20th of December. I said NO. They did that anyway AND put it through on the 1st of January. I was very upset but was told that it was a system problem with 4 000 clients!!!!. I am still waiting for the refund in my account.!! I have to make other plans for my other debit orders. THIS IS UNEXCEPTABLE!! THEY KEEP ON SAYING THEY ARE SORRY AND WILL REVERSE IT BUT STILL NOTNING!!! I with my whole family will definitely change to another bank!!
