Bad experience dealing with ABSA

If it was up to me I wouldn't give no stars but unfortunately ton post a review they need atleast 1 star. What pathetic service received from Absa bank. I need a prescription letter and I have called the relevant department however I have just been sent from pillar to post from department to department. Every person I spoke too can't help and send me to another person. Clearly being an Absa employee you should know which depart assists with such matters. This is highly frustrating. The contact number's i have been given they're dead end no one picks up
