Bad experience

A bad experience on monday My father in law went to absa branch in airport mall belhar to put in a claim for my late mother law they promised him that the payout would be between 24 hours....today (thursday) he went to absa again they asked for the death certificate again after he already gave them all relevant documents on monday and now he needs to walk up and down and everytime they have an excuse which is unacceptable
