Bad decision making!!!
They have been debiting my account on my vehicle finance an extra R1, 300.00. When I call to enquire about this their lousy excuse is that \it is stated on my policy contract's terms and conditions". Apparently they have called and sent me sms's to inform me about this. However I have never received a call from Absa bank.<br> <br> I ask the agent if Absa has ever reached me in any of their attempts"
