Oh wow! I really don't know why one get to have a WILL when the process of having one a is the same as not having one. My mother was appointed to handle my late aunt estate with Absa its a year later and the estate has not been finalized. The last update she got was that the file is being handled by a Charlene Mohamed from Absa mind you that was two months ago, not even once has the person tried to get hold of my mother to give her an update or to acknowledge the file is with her. you need to remember my mother is on pension and she needs to make sure that the Deceased utility bills are UpToDate but does Absa care NO and she has her own life to maintaine too . I don't understand what the delay is cause she has not been informed about nothing. I must say having a WILL is not the best thing that can happen to a person the process as good as not having one. I took it upon myself to assist my mother cause she cant be busy with all this up and down it would have been better if she was getting assistance. Maybe Absa just waits for the unforeseen to happen to her so they can just liquidate the estate and take the money and property for themselves. ***

my Aunt passed away in 2021 June is a year later ABSA is ridiculous and its controllers
