Bad Customer Service will not open an account now

I have a personal loan with ABSA Bank and on the 7th of October I went in Branch to increase the monthly debit order after waiting for about 15mins with the customer service ticket in my hand. We were informed that the customer service agent is outside on his smoke break leaving myself and atleast 5 other people waiting which is unacceptable from the branch not to have had someone step in for him.<br> <br> When this guy returned he was rude
