bad customer service, insufficient, *********** service!!!!

So I have been trying to solve an issue with ABSA for months and still it has not been sorted out to any satisfaction. the customer service is awful and being overseas and wasted so much money and time chasing after them ( as a customer who has been banking with them for more than 5 years). So I have been overseas for almost a year now and so many issues have occurred with my Absa accounts. my accounts being closed down without informing me beforehand, cancellation of my Absa internet banking without informing me beforehand and not having access to viewing what transactions are happening in my accounts. I DO NOT recommend anyone to use this bank if they travel often. They have asked me to send affidavits and power of attorneys to allow a relative to sort out all these issues on my behalf and then after I spent money and time doing all of that rejected the documents, I have deposited money into an account which later turned out to be closed and they cannot tell me what happened to the money and how I can get it back. there's always unnecessarily drama with this bank and I have now learnt that I'm am certainly one of money people who have such complaints about ABSA.
