Bad customer service in absa Diepsloot branch

I am very disgusted by Absa Diepsloot branch as we have been on the que for more than 45 min with only one teller working, i aproached the manager to tell him about bringing at least 2 more tellers but the situation remained the same even after he said he is going to get one more teller we had to stand another 15 mins to wait for a very slow teller that looked like a trainee... this is very unpleasant and clients are being taken for granted at this branch. As this was not my 1st bad experience now i would advice the managers above to take the matter serious
