BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ABSA HOMELOAN

ABSA Homeloans not updating my BOND accounts records at ITC for 3 months. I called their customer number and has been put on deferent department and at the end they dropped my call without assisting me. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
