Bad customer service from Absa bank

I have a personal loan with Absa bank.And they didnt debit my account for last month.When i called the Absa loan department...I was informed that they cannot assist me...And that i need to go the branch wer the loan was taken for assistance...I think this is bull ****..Absa bank didnt debit my account...and now its my problem and i have to run around for them to take their Money...contact me on **********
