Bad customer service

There's too.much changes at Absa khayelitsha branch firstly Old age people are struggling at lot ever since they closed the ATM inside for deposit, yesterday Im I'm a que and heared some old woman crying for heaven sake that some Guy working at Absa refuse to help her and one old pension Man requesting for a simple Bank statement but couldn't help them and if they ask the security also have attitude that security Lady will stand by the stands where they selling clothes etc ..and stirring at people

The only Guy I give a good complement who always welcome the clients nicely helping them always offer and willing to me help is the Manager I think he's is very good I must say .
