Bad customer service

Can someone at absa resolve my issue with my absa rewards account. It was removed from my list of accounts on app and online, I have sent numerous emails and called the call centre and was given a number of reference numbers since May but to date nothing has happened. I'm always given my rewards amount when I call the call centre but cannot access it as it's not linked or was removed from my accounts list. Can someone assist with this.
