Bad Customer service

My wife was ****med on her account through the neglect of ABSA SECURITY of a lot of money. After numerous calls, nothing is happening. This is the worst customer service ever. They supply her with 4 new cards and before it is activated there go money through again. We are on the point of moving to a another bank
