Bàd customer service

Absa customer service at the contact centre the agents are rude and not helpful. My banking app and card was not working the entire day, I called the customer service line spoke for 10 minutes explaining issue and told the advisor I can't buy airtime cos the app is not working and call might disconnect she assured me she will call back and the call disconnected no call back. I'm so done this is the second time.
