Bad customer service

Good day

I am not happy with the service that I’ve been receiving lately,my Debit order goes off late every month.My actual arrangement was for my Debit to go off on the 1st of each month but they deduct 5/6 of each month,I called in last week to change the date to the 29th the lady I spoke to did not do her work she gave my a reference number ***8 but did not change the date.I called again today to follow up I spoke to Portia she was rude and not helpful she even dropped the phone in my ear.Today is the 2nd of august and my Debit order did not go through as yet.I spoke to Busi she referred me to her manager Nolan I spoke to him he said the can only change it in September,So he was not helpful either.I am very disappointed,This is terrible customer service
