Bad customer service

I have had long term and short term insurance with absa and it is the worst the claim process and complaint process is the worst. My money is being taken for things that aren't even supposed to be taken any more I have requested to change payment dates and they continue to debit on the incorrect date so they can charge me for admin fees and interst on my cheque account. When you go to the branch all they day is show you to the phone
