Bad Customer Service

I had made a cashsend to myself for 5000, when I got to the ATM to withdraw the money, the ATM did not dispense it since it had no 200 notes. The message on the screen confirmed that the money would be reversed. I call ABSA to enquire about this, they gave me an email address (***) to send my query to. I sent an email to them on the 25th of May I only got a response today 31st of May. The email states that the cashsend is in the unredeemed, which is not the case. I have these two ref numbers ref:_00D1r1GluM._5005qRJzMs and C***0.

With the C***0 ref that I got on Saturday 27th May 2023, I have not received any communication. I was told the turn around time is 24-72hrs.
