I have a credit card with absa, someone called me for a credit limit increase last week Monday, we did the application over the phone And I have not received any feedback ever since. I tried to call the call center they have been transferring me from one place to another no one was able to help me. please train your *********** staff you dont just transfer a person without informing them why you transferring them. 50 minute on the phone without any help
