Bad customer service

The manager is a white lady who is very rude and doesn't want to listen to clients, she refused to refund my unauthorized debit charges, her excuse was that she can't do it every month like I was the one authorizing the debits, she was so rude and told me that I can go to another branch if I'm not satisfied with her services
