Bad customer service

I app**** for the further bond on my homeloan beginning of September three months later the money is still not paid out to me. I emailed the person that did the home loan and was told the money will be paid last week. A week later the money is not paid. I received the letter that says the money was paid out and the installment will be the 15 December, however the journal entries attached on the letter it shows only the attorney was paid. I inquired from home loan department about the account number that was used to paid the money into, answer dololo.I went to the bank yesterday only to be told that the money doesn't appear on the system only the date of registration reflect as 26th November. Yesterday around 17:46 I received the call from homeloan department to be told that my account is in arrears with the new installment that is supposed to go off in my account on 15 December 2018, the lady told me that the record will be send out to credit bureau as if its my fault for Absa miscommunication. I don't know whether the fault is with Absa brooklyn where i app**** for the homeloan or the homeloan department, but what i know is that the level of bad service received from Absa is beyond bad. If the branch cannot help out the clients who is supposed to help the clients?
