Bad customer service
Asking for advice to get a cancellation of cession letter for more than 3 weeks now. I need it for a policy that reached maturity but cant claim my money without this letter. I dont know what to do to get that letter out of them. They dont contact me i always have to take time off at work just to hear tha they are still waiting. Please advise me what steos i can follow.
