Bad customer service

I am a client of Absa , my vehicle is still under the bank( Absa car Financed) as we speak,. My vehicle has been cloned meaning it has a twin, its been 5 months now and I have let Absa know about this situation till today I don't have a driving permit from them and they are not showing any interest on helping me on this case as the vehicle still belongs to them since it is still under the bank. I have been back and forth with the traffic department . I was sent to Absa at Boksburg next to the Pick n Pay towers , the lady who helped me was very rude, telling me the is nothing she can do. I had to take the mater further to her managers that's when I got assistance. Its been 5 months am driving without a disc and the permit my understanding is Absa is the title holder(rightful owner) and am the owner, the list they can do is to meet me half way to solve this issue.( but the lady asked me if she should jump on a plane to go to the Absa proxy offices to have the papers signed for me) how do you speak to a client like? Truly I am so disappointed.
