Bad customer service

<p>Today I went to absa park station .I standing for 10min was told to go customer service .I was serviced by a lady that I could to see the name talk but she told me that the don't have debts cards .they have cheque cards and she does not know when they will order .I was shocked. Her responds was they is nothing she can do</p>
