Bad costumer service can't wait that much .customer must be respected
I went to the bank to acquire about my bank account which I wanted to sign up for trading then they say my account already existing. The consultant did know how to help and go to her supervisor. Then the supervisor was holding a big file Then say I must wait for her till I felt to go cause I waited forever.
