bad communication

Please can a merchant provider assist - cannot get through on your phone lines. You have moved my one device to Xlink and now my other device does not work as apparently its old and you are no longer using the old devices and going through a 3rd party service provider. I have now filled out forms for another machine but have no clue how to contact you to find out if forms were received how long to wait etc
