bad client service at tzaneen branch

<p>My wife need to get an proof of account at tzaneen absa branch yesterday when entering we see there was only one teller open and a very long row of clients and its the end of the month of all times,so having a bad knea from all the years of motorcycling i took a seat just to be told im not alowed to sit the chair is for clients I must stand next to my wife . what is that??????? very throutless of absa . Now fed up went outside to my bike like a naughty child . On entering the bank there was an elderly man standing next to his wife but between the rails been told at an previce time he is not alowed to sit no respect for ealderly or medical sick poeple . A couple mounth ago my wife was with her ealderly mother of mid 70s and her mother could not stand long so she sat down and my wife sat next to her just to be told she is not alowed to sit she must stand behind her mother or sit at her feet . Like a child . What is this that absa is treating there clients like children ? </p>
