Bad client service

I have been to Absa Table bay twice on a Saturday this month to fetch my card and it was closed with no notice. So us people who work during the week and have no time to come during the week so what must happen. Say you dont open on Saturday so we dont waste our time.. i need my card. If you cant give me on Saturday transfer it to another branch. I am sick of this
