Bad client service

I visited Absa branch in York Road (Cathedral) in Mthatha following a call that I received regarding consolidation loan. I met a consultant who told me that we first need to do FICA and promised to call me in 2 or 3 days once my FICA has been approved. It's been more than two weeks now. Even if I'm being declined, I think she still needs to keep me up to date with developments and inform me that my application is declined for these reasons so that I can work on improving my circumstances. Our old banks' popularity is decreasing because of careless ways in business is being handled. I have a vehicle finance with Absa but I'm being treated like a no-body.
