Bad client experience

I have never seen such incompetence, especially from a manager. I went to Pinelands Absa branch to asked them a simple query and they said they will come back to me (29/07/23). 3 days went by with no feedback (2/08/23), I had to send a follow-up email to the manager, and only then they rep****. In fact, they only informed me that they are attending to the query. Another, week went by with no feedback not even a phone call. I sent another email on 12/08/23 to express my disappointment to the manager Nangamso, up until today no feedback at all. I must say this is a bad client experience.
