Bad Call centre customer service

Hi ABSA call centre has the worst customer service abd after sales customer service There agents are not helpful and the Managers are even worst than the agents

I have been banking for years with ABSA and this is how you get treated.

I have called there call centre about 20 times now in the last week alone.

I bank with Standard Bank and I have no issues with them and I think I need to move my salary over to them as well.
