Bad business banking service

I am struggling for 3 days out of a hospital bed to load debit orders. Emailed and phoned Absa, said the will resolve and notify me. They notified with resolved succesfull, but I still can't load. Tried numerous times. No, I can't get hold of them on email or phone. They just simply don't care
