Bad bank

I am extremely disappointed with ABSA. My account was frozen even after I provided full proof of my transactions and explained clearly that I was trading USDT on OKX. I submitted all the supporting documents—proof of payment, screenshots, and transaction details—yet my account is still blocked without any valid reason.

This situation is beyond frustrating. I did everything required to prove that my money was legitimate, but ABSA continues to hold my funds hostage. Instead of helping their customers, they create unnecessary stress and financial damage.

A bank should protect and support its clients, not punish them after they provide evidence and transparency. Right now, ABSA feels unreliable, unprofessional, and careless with people’s livelihoods.

I would not recommend banking with ABSA to anyone who values fairness, efficiency, and trust.
